Sorry I havn't posted a blog in a bit. I had a wonderful weekend, and loved Amsterdam and Holland too much! I had the time of my life. I enjoyed looking at the falling buildings, loved the canals, and dodged every person riding a bike (everyone does). This was my favorite city thus far. We stayed at an amazing hostel, directly in the city centre. During our venture we made it to the Van Gough museum, the Anne Frank House, the Heineken Factory, Red Light District, and much more. I loved everything I saw. I was shocked by the Red Light District and thought it was hilarious watching the girls make deals with the men. haha. I loved how laid back everyone was, and how friendly. It was very fun, and an adventure for sure. Everything looks the same so of course we have our lost memories!
HI: Brooke,
ReplyDeleteIt was very interesting to read your comments about Amsterdam & Holland.
The photos of the Brewery, the Canals & the related architecture were great.
I was impressed that your took in some of the local culture of the area like visiting the Van Gough Museum, the Anne Frank House, the, Heineken Factory, & the Red Light District,I not so sure that you got the proper feeling for the "Red Light District" that's a NO-NO here in this world.
But be it as it may life goes on,regardless of our social beliefs.
You are certainly getting a broad education,I trust that you will saver these precious moments for the rest of your life.
"ENJOY"& stay happy,
LU YU,
Love,
Grampy Sal
